Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Switch2Growth ("Switch2Growth," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our services that connect to Facebook and Instagram, including our social media content management and publishing tools. It applies to Page and Instagram professional account admins who authorize our Facebook App, and to visitors of this page.

1. Who we are

Switch2Growth is a digital marketing and growth agency. We build and operate internal tools — including a self-hosted social media scheduling and publishing platform — that let our team and authorized clients manage Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts on their own behalf.

2. What our Facebook App does

Our Facebook App integrates with the Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph API so that an admin of a Facebook Page or a linked Instagram professional (Business/Creator) account can:

• Connect their Facebook Page and/or Instagram professional account to our publishing tool.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, images, and captions to that Page or Instagram account.
• View basic performance metrics (e.g. reach, likes, comments) for content published through the tool, where the account owner has granted that permission.

We only act on Pages and Instagram accounts that an authorized admin has explicitly connected through Facebook's own login and permissions flow. We do not use this integration to access personal (non-Page) Facebook profiles, personal timelines, or private messages.

3. Information we collect

When a Page or Instagram admin connects their account, we receive and store:

Account identifiers	Facebook Page ID and name, Instagram Business Account ID and username, associated profile picture
Access credentials	OAuth access tokens issued by Facebook/Instagram, scoped to the permissions you grant (e.g. pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts, pages_read_engagement, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish)
Content you create	Post captions, images/media, hashtags, and scheduling times you enter into our tool
Engagement metrics	Aggregate, non-identifying performance data (likes, comments count, reach, impressions) for posts published through the tool, if analytics permissions are granted

We do not collect passwords, private messages, personal contact lists, or content from Facebook/Instagram accounts that have not been explicitly connected to our tool.

4. How we use your information

• To authenticate your connection and publish or schedule the content you create, on the Page/Instagram account you connected.
• To display your connected accounts and their scheduled/published post history back to you inside our tool.
• To show basic performance metrics for content published through the tool, where permitted.
• To maintain, secure, and troubleshoot our platform (e.g. diagnosing a failed post, refreshing an expiring token).

We do not use your Facebook/Instagram data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the connected account on your behalf.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Limited sharing occurs only in these cases:

• With Meta/Facebook — because our tool operates by calling the Facebook and Instagram Graph APIs directly, as required for the App to function.
• With infrastructure providers — our servers and hosting providers process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality, solely to run our platform.
• If required by law — if we are compelled by a valid legal request.

6. Data storage & security

Data is stored on servers we operate directly. Access tokens are stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls, and are only used by automated processes to fulfill the publishing/scheduling actions you request. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized Switch2Growth personnel.

7. Data retention

We retain connected-account data and content for as long as your account remains connected to our tool, so that scheduling and publishing continue to work. If you disconnect your account, or request deletion (see below), we delete the associated access tokens and stored content within 30 days.

8. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time, in either of these ways:

• Disconnect in-app — remove the connected Page/Instagram account from within our publishing tool. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token.
• Email request — email jkoteswararao007@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request," including the Page or Instagram account name/ID you want removed. We will confirm and complete deletion of all associated stored data within 30 days.

This section serves as our Data Deletion Instructions for Meta/Facebook Platform purposes: any user or Page admin can request full removal of their data using either method above.

9. Your rights & choices

• You can revoke our App's access at any time directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings, in addition to disconnecting in our tool.
• You can request a copy of the data we hold about your connected account by emailing us.
• You can request correction or deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business use by Page and Instagram account administrators and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Material changes will be communicated to connected account admins where practical.
